Information you submit through our contact form (name, organisation, phone, email, project details); scheduling data if you book a call through our calendar provider; and standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry (same business day), to run our sales pipeline, and to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your data. Contact details are stored in our CRM and messaging tools solely to communicate with you about your enquiry or engagement.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@thevortexmedia.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to contact us.
